职位介绍: # Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits **Location:** Shanghai ## About the Role We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to lead C&B initiatives across China. This role partners closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and regional COEs to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy while maintaining internal equity and market competitiveness. ## Key Responsibilities * Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across China. * Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to provide strategic advice on compensation, job evaluation, salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and rewards. * Manage the annual compensation cycle, including salary review, bonus planning, long-term incentive administration, and budgeting. * Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. * Partner with regional and global C&B teams to localize global reward strategies and policies. * Drive job evaluation and grading exercises, organization reviews, and compensation governance. * Review and optimize sales incentive and recognition programs where applicable. * Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, tax requirements, and company policies related to compensation and benefits. * Lead benefits program management, including annual renewal, vendor management, and employee communication. * Analyze compensation data and HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations to business leaders. * Participate in HR digitalization and system enhancement projects related to rewards and HR operations. * Lead or support regional and global reward projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline. * 8–10+ years of Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably within multinational FMCG or consumer companies. * Solid experience in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, annual salary review, bonus planning, and benefits administration. * Experience supporting commercial and corporate functions is highly preferred. * Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and HR data analysis capabilities. * Experience working with Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry or other job evaluation and salary survey methodologies is an advantage. * Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. * Excellent project management and communication capabilities. * Fluent in both English and Mandarin. ## Preferred Background * Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Retail, Healthcare, or other multinational environments. * Experience working in a regional or matrix organization. * Exposure to sales incentive design and commercial rewards programs is a plus. * Familiarity with HRIS and digital HR tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
