职位介绍: 一、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities 1、负责锻铝生产线自动化机械设备、配套电气及控制系统的日常巡检、运行监控与调试，及时排查设备潜在隐患，保障生产设备稳定、安全、连续运行。 Responsible for the daily inspection, operation monitoring and commissioning of mechanical equipment, supporting electrical and control systems of forged aluminum automatic production lines, timely eliminate potential equipment hazards, and ensure stable, safe and continuous operation of production equipment. 2、严格按照设备规程及生产计划，开展设备预防性保养工作，完成设备清洁、润滑、紧固、校准及易损件更换等工作；规范留存保养记录，完善运维台账，有效降低设备故障率，延长设备使用寿命。 Conduct standardized preventive maintenance including equipment cleaning, lubrication, fastening, calibration and wearing parts replacement in accordance with equipment specifications and production plans; complete maintenance records and operation ledgers to reduce failure rate and extend equipment service life. 3、快速响应生产现场设备突发故障、停机异常问题，精准定位故障原因，独立完成机械、电气、控制系统故障抢修，最大限度缩短停机时间，减少生产损耗，保障生产秩序稳定。 Respond quickly to sudden equipment failures and shutdown abnormalities on site, accurately locate faults, and independently complete emergency repairs for mechanical, electrical and control system failures, so as to minimize downtime, reduce production losses and ensure stable production. 4、协助团队优化自动化生产设备及工艺流程，结合现场运维实操经验，梳理设备低效、故障高发问题，提出合理化改善建议，配合完成设备技改、调试与试运行工作，持续提升生产效率与产品合格率。 Assist in optimizing automatic production equipment and processes, put forward reasonable improvement suggestions based on on-site maintenance experience, cooperate with equipment technical transformation, commissioning and trial operation, and continuously improve production efficiency and product qualification rate. 二、任职要求 / Job Requirements 1、学历专业：本科及以上学历，机电一体化、电气工程、自动化、机械制造等相关专业优先。 Education Background: Bachelor or above, major in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Manufacturing or related fields is preferred. 2、工作经验：具备锻铝、金属锻造、机械制造等相关行业设备维修运维经验，熟悉锻铝生产工艺及自动化设备运行特性。 Work Experience: Have working experience in equipment maintenance in forged aluminum, metal forging, machinery manufacturing and other related industries; familiar with forged aluminum production processes and automatic equipment operation characteristics. 3、技能能力：熟练掌握自动化设备、电气控制系统的维修、保养与调试技术，可独立完成设备日常运维、故障排查及应急抢修工作，具备扎实的现场实操能力。 Professional Skills: Proficient in the maintenance, repair and commissioning of automatic equipment and electrical control systems; capable of independently completing daily equipment maintenance, fault troubleshooting and emergency repair with solid on-site operation capabilities. 4、其他要求：具备基础英语读写能力，可识别设备英文说明书及技术资料；持有电工证、设备维修等相关职业资格证书者优先。 Other Requirements: Have basic English reading and writing skills to understand English equipment manuals and technical documents; candidates with electrician certificate, equipment maintenance certificate and other relevant professional certificates are preferred.
