- 任职要求 / Requirements 土木工程、结构工程相关专业本科及以上学历（BS/MS Civil Engineering）； 2~5年钢结构设计相关经验； 熟悉钢结构整体设计及连接设计； 熟悉国际规范（AISC / Eurocode 等）优先； 熟练使用STAAD.Pro，熟悉IDEA StatiCa优先； 英文口语能力良好，能够流利参与英文技术会议； *必须具备结构设计相关英文技术讨论能力，包括结构体系、荷载、连接设计及施工协调等内容； 能够阅读英文规范、图纸及技术文件，并参与海外项目技术协调； 具备较好的项目协调及问题解决能力； 有海外项目经验者优先。 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering; 2–5 years of relevant steel structure design experience; Familiar with both global structural design and connection design; Familiarity with international codes such as AISC and Eurocode is preferred; Proficient in STAAD.Pro; familiarity with IDEA StatiCa is preferred; Fluent spoken English is mandatory; *Candidate must be capable of participating in structural engineering technical discussions in English, including topics related to structural systems, loading, connection design, and construction coordination; Able to read English specifications, drawings, and technical documents, and participate in overseas project coordination; Good coordination and problem-solving skills; Overseas project experience is preferred. 岗位职责 / Responsibilities 负责海外钢结构项目的结构设计，建立整体结构分析及设计模型（STAAD.Pro），并根据项目要求、客户要求及当地规范完成结构设计工作； 负责海外钢结构项目的节点设计，建立节点分析及设计模型（IDEA StatiCa），并根据项目要求、客户要求及当地规范完成节点设计工作； 参与客户技术讨论会议，并进行英文技术沟通与协调； 配合深化工程师进行Tekla建模及节点优化工作； 配合项目执行团队进行设计进度汇报及技术支持； Responsible for structural design for overseas steel structure projects, including developing global structural analysis and design models using STAAD.Pro, and performing structural design in accordance with project requirements, client requirements, and applicable local codes; Responsible for connection design for overseas steel structure projects, including developing connection analysis and design models using IDEA StatiCa, and performing connection design in accordance with project requirements, client requirements, and applicable local codes; Participate in technical discussion meetings with clients and conduct technical communication and coordination in English; Coordinate with detailing engineers for Tekla Structures modeling and connection optimization; Support project execution teams with engineering progress reporting and technical support;
