- Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer Job Purpose The Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer plays a pivotal, front-facing role in driving enrolment growth across the whole school, with a particular focus on the Korean market. The role combines high-quality admissions management with proactive enquiry generation, acting as a bridge between Admissions and Marketing. The post-holder will manage the full admissions lifecycle for Korean families while also supporting and contributing to wider whole-school admissions activity. In addition, they will actively generate enquiries through targeted outreach, relationship-building, events and digital channels, working closely with the Marketing team and Korean community partners. This role is deliberately focused on core, high-impact activities rather than the full scope of two separate full-time roles. Admissions Management (Core) ● Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, visits and applications, with responsibility for Korean admissions and shared responsibility for wider admissions activity. ● Manage the full admissions lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a warm, professional and responsive customer experience. ● Organise and conduct school tours and meetings, acting as a trusted guide and advocate for the school. ● Provide clear, accurate advice to families on admissions processes, entry requirements and timelines. ● Process applications, ensure documentation is complete and valid, and liaise with academic, finance and operations teams as required. ● Maintain accurate and timely records in admissions systems (e.g. iSAMS, Salesforce) and contribute to admissions reporting and meetings. ● Support the smooth induction and transition of new families into the school community. Success measures ● Enrolment and conversion targets ● Quality and timeliness of follow-up ● Parent feedback and advocacy 2. Enquiry Generation and Market Outreach ● Proactively generate enquiries, with a particular focus on the Korean market, through outreach, networking and relationship-building. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with Korean community groups, agents, feeder schools and key influencers. ● Represent the school at open days, community events, fairs and information sessions (including evenings or weekends when required). ● Work with the Marketing team to support lead generation campaigns, events and targeted initiatives. ● Contribute ideas for improving enquiry flow, conversion and parent engagement. ● Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights, particularly relating to Korean families. Success measures ● Volume and quality of enquiries generated ● Conversion from enquiry to visit and enrolment ● Strength of community partnerships 3. Marketing Collaboration (Focused Contribution) ● Act as a key cultural and market advisor to the Marketing team for Korean-facing communications. ● Maintain a visible and active presence within the local Korean community to support awareness and enquiry generation. ● Build and sustain relationships with major local employers and organisations (e.g. LG), supporting engagement through events, presentations and targeted outreach. ● Support the creation and localisation of Korean-language content (digital, print and event-related) where appropriate. ● Contribute stories, testimonials and market insight from the Korean community to support marketing campaigns and communications. ● Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to support lead generation campaigns, community events and targeted initiatives. ● Ensure key messages and the school’s value proposition are clearly and consistently communicated to Korean families. Note: This role does not own full-scale marketing production or brand management, but contributes strategically and practically to enquiry generation through community presence and outreach. 4. Customer Experience and Advocacy ● Deliver a consistently premium admissions experience aligned with Nord Anglia Education standards. ● Build trust-based relationships with families, encouraging positive word-of-mouth and advocacy. ● Act as a professional ambassador for the school at all times. ● Support continuous improvement of admissions processes and family experience. General Responsibilities ● Work collaboratively within the Admissions and Marketing team and across the wider school. ● Take ownership of personal workload and contribute flexibly during peak admissions periods. ● Undertake ad-hoc duties related to admissions, events and enquiry generation as required. ● Commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. ● Ensure compliance with school policies, health and safety, and equality and diversity requirements. ● Person Specification Qualifications and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. ● Experience in admissions, customer service, sales, marketing or a related field. ● Experience working with CRM or database systems. ● Experience in education or international schools desirable. Skills and Knowledge ● Fluency in Korean and/or English or Chinese (written and spoken) essential. ● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ● Confident communicator with parents, colleagues and external partners. ● Ability to balance administrative accuracy with proactive outreach. ● Strong organisational and time-management skills. ● Cultural sensitivity and understanding of Korean family expectations.
