Sanofi’s commitment to public health has helped protect hundreds of millions of people from influenza every year for decades and pushed polio to the brink of eradication, while its scientific vision has led to breakthrough innovations in the treatment of inflammatory diseases. ~ 43.07Bn€ Net Sales FY23 ~ 90 countries ~ 91K employees ~ 59 manufacturing sites ~ 20 R&D sites Main responsibilities: Participate in in-depth research of GOP (General Operating Procedures) and Ground Rules, analyze business current state, and develop feasible implementation plans Participate in critical FFE business processes including territory optimization, customer segmentation, and report generation; design, develop and deliver innovative AI solutions Responsible for daily ServiceNow ticket support for platforms such as CRM and business planning, continuously analyze and optimize process efficiency For ad-hoc platform support and business requirements, quickly analyze feasibility and provide effective solutions or workarounds Provide AI tool usage training for team members to enhance overall team digital capabilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives Continuously track AI technology development trends and explore potential applications of new technologies in FFE business scenarios About you Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields Experience & knowledge: Solid theoretical knowledge of AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, large language models, etc.) Familiarity with agile development management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Work background in pharmaceutical/life sciences companies, familiar with sales enablement processes and methodologies Practical experience in IT service delivery or business process optimization Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Understanding of CRM system configuration and application (such as Veeva, Salesforce, etc.) Project management experience or relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) Core competencies: Courage to Challenge: Dare to face pressure and challenges, maintain resilience and positive attitude in complex environments Growth Mindset: No self-imposed limitations, continuously pursue excellence, embrace change and innovation Team Collaboration: Excellent teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with colleagues from different backgrounds Innovative Thinking: Willing to try different approaches to solve problems, good at learning from failures and continuous self-improvement Results-Oriented: Focus on actual outcomes, able to complete tasks with high quality within specified timeframes Customer Awareness: Center on internal customer needs, provide high-quality service experience Proactivity: Actively identify problems and propose improvement suggestions, drive continuous business optimization
