职位介绍: 一、Job Responsibilities 工作职责 1. Design and execute experimental protocols for the development of high-quality commercial CHO cell lines, employing expertise in molecular biology and cell biology techniques. 设计实验方案并进行实际的实验室工作，运用分子生物学和细胞生物学技术专长，开发高质量的商业CHO细胞系。 2. Execute the development of stable cell pools and monoclonal cell lines, including but not limited to methods such as transfection, single-cell cloning, clonal selection, and stability studies. 执行稳定细胞池和单克隆细胞系的开发，包括但不限于转染、单细胞克隆、克隆筛选及稳定性研究等方法 3. Perform timely and accurate documentation of experiments, including writing and/or reviewing technical protocols, reports, Standard Operating Procedures, and other necessary documents to ensure data integrity and traceability. 及时完成准确的实验记录，编写和/或审查技术方案、报告、标准操作规程及其他必要文件。 4. Support and participate in regulatory and quality audits and inspections conducted by internal QA, NMPA, and other global regulatory agencies, providing necessary data and documentation. 支持并参与相关的药监、政府监管机构及外部评审的检查，提供所需的数据和文件。 5. Effectively communicate with domestic and international clients to present project progress, address technical challenges, and provide scientific solutions, ensuring project alignment and customer satisfaction. 与国内外客户有效沟通，汇报项目进展，解决项目技术问题，提供科学解决方案，确保项目顺利进行并满足客户需求。 6. Maintain strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and quality compliance standards. 严格遵守所有实验室安全规程、环境指南和质量合规标准。 7. Manage and mentor subordinates, providing technical guidance and overseeing project timelines. 管理并指导下属，提供技术指导，监督项目时间表。二、 Qualification 任职资格 1. Education and professional background 学历及专业背景 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or other related life science disciplines. 学士或硕士学位，专业为生物学、分子生物学、生物化学等生命科学相关专业。 2. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cell line development for candidates with a Master’s degree, or 5 years for those with a Bachelor’s degree, is highly preferred. 具有细胞株开发相关实践经验，硕士学历需5年以上，本科学历需5年以上。 3. Strong technical proficiency in mammalian cell culture, transfection, and single-cell cloning techniques. 熟练掌握哺乳动物细胞培养、转染和单细胞克隆技术。 4. Experience with regulatory submissions is highly preferred. 拥有药物申报经验者优先。 5. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, capable of working effectively under pressure. 具有较强的沟通能力、团队协作精神与解决问题能力，能适应高强度工作环境。 6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. 具备良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力，能够与其他职能部门进行高效沟通协作。
