职位介绍: 职责描述： - Jobsite installation supervision, commissioning, acceptance test and general coordination of semi- and fully automatic bagging and filling systems; 全自动与半自动包装/灌装系统的现场安装指导、调试、验收测试和总体协调工作; - Aftersales service including operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and hotline service etc. for bagging and filling systems; 售后服务，包含包装和灌装系统的运行和维护、故障排除、设备维修和热线服务等; - Technical service support and training work for customers; 为客户提供技术服务支持和培训工作; - Good technical communication and relationship maintenance with customers; 与客户保持良好的技术沟通和关系维护; - Domestic and international service work implementation according to Service Department’s arrangement; 根据服务部门的安排，在中国境内和国外开展服务工作; - Be able to communicate with overseas colleagues and customers in English, and daily English correspondences are required. 能够同国外同事和客户进行英语技术交流，日常电子邮件也要求能够使用英语进行沟通; - Spare parts and aftersales service promotion and sales when working on the jobsite; 在工作现场推广和销售售后服务及零备件; - Internal technical exchange and service skills training in the company; 公司内部技术交流和服务技能培训; - Technical training initiation and the relative service tasks’ implementation on other types of machines such as palletizing system, other new types of packing machines etc. to fulfill the constant development of the company based on Service Department’s planning; 根据服务部门的规划，接受码垛系统、新型包装机和其他设备的技术服务培训并开展相关的服务工作，以实现公司的可持续发展； - Company internal communication about jobsite situations and customers’ feedback with other departments such as Project, Engineering, Production, and Spare parts, etc. 与公司内部其他部门（如项目、工程、生产和备件部门同事）就现场状况和客户反馈进行沟通； - Support to other departments for machine assembling, conversion/modification and innovation etc.; 支持其他部门进行机器安装、改造和创新等 - The required technical service documents archiving and submission to the company regularly and clearly; 根据公司要求定期保存并提交技术服务文档; - Implementation of all the company regulations, such as Company Code of Conduct, Business Travel Expense Management, etc; 执行公司规定，如公司行为准则、公务差旅及费用管理办法等； - Other responsibilities stipulated by HTT. 公司安排的其它任务。任职要求： 1. Major in electrical, Mech-electrical, automation 电气，机械电子专业，自动化 2. CET-4 or above, Bachelor degree or above 英语四级及以上，本科以上学历 3. Good English communication skills 良好的英文沟通能力 4. At least 3-5 years experiences in machine design or service 至少3-5年电气自动化或服务工作经验 5. Good knowledge in Siemens PLC or Codesys 良好的西门子PLC或Codesys知识 6. Familiar with motor and it’s drive, Frequency converter, servo control, motion control, and sensor technologies 熟悉电机及其驱动、变频器、伺服控制、运动控制和传感器技术。 7. Cooperative, motivated and can be working under pressure 合作，自我激励强，能承受工作压力 8. Can be ready to do business trip anytime. 能随时出差 9. Good communication skills; 有较好的沟通能力。
