职位介绍: SCOPE AND PURPOSE: • Market research and analysis • Business analysis and diagnosis • Responsible for industry analysis and market research. • Assist other colleagues in the department to carry out work, as well as temporary tasks assigned by superiors. RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES ： • According to the market data, the sales data of each representative project, and the marketing strategy, the market prediction is completed. • Based on the marketing rhythm of the model market, market research and analysis are carried out for the target group of the model and competing products, and the user research report, the research report of competing products, and the diagnosis report of the current situation of the model marketing are output, so as to help the model marketing clarify the marketing objectives, directions and playing methods of the products in the next stage; • According to the annual model marketing objectives and plans, analyze, locate and diagnose the monthly model marketing data, and put forward the direction and suggestions for the improvement and optimization of business indicators. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree, major in statistics, computer science, marketing • More than 2 years of work experience, familiar with the basic process of market research and automotive industry background is preferred. • Ability to operate SQL server, ACCESS, SAS/SPSS, Tableau, and other analysis software is preferred. • Excellent Power point /Excel scale • Proficiency in reading and writing English. • Strong ability to work under pressure, careful and conscientious, strong sense of responsibility, and willing to engage in challenging work.
