职位介绍: 岗位职责： 1、负责协调集团总部在本地保险方案的落地以及日常维护； 2、负责本地普通财产险以及责任险业务； 3、大客户日常维护； 4、日常运营，协调财务，IT，合规，法务相关政策和制度的支持。岗位要求： 1、大学本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上外资财产险领域，业务经理或核保理赔工作经验； 3、具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，职业操守良好； 4、良好的英文听说读写能力。 You will be part of our Nacora team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence Your Role You will be responsible for driving + growing the portfolio of clients to gain + retain customers. Utilizing your strong forwarding + product knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives. Your Responsibilities • To ensure the proper management of the renewal + settlement of the local insurance policies. • To take the lead in preparing + conducting risk identification assessments with proper documentation. • To provide trainings to stakeholders on insurance + risk management. • To act as an advisor for contract risk management + risk consulting services. • To conduct evaluations on insurers core competencies + providing competitive quotations. • To ensure profitability on insurance revenue growth through established relationships customers + expanding market penetration. Your Skills and Experiences Your strong communication skills + knowledge of the insurance product, along with your customer + stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success.
