职位介绍: We will count on you to: - First notice of loss, insurer notification and client acknowledgment 负责接收客户出险通知并代为向保险公司正式报案 - Follow up routine claims, review incoming documentations 跟进客户日常理赔案件，包括审阅客户提供之索赔文件资料 - Handle daily claims and disputes independently 独立处理日常赔案及理赔争议 - Data analysis and regular claims reports 理赔数据分析，理赔报表的定期制作与发布 - Necessary meetings and trainings with clients and/or insurers 参与理赔沟通会议，向客户提供必要的理赔培训 - Close in touch with business teams 与业务团队保持密切联系，共同向客户提供优质保险顾问服务 What you need to have: - Bachelor degree or above, major in insurance is preferred 大学本科学历或以上，保险学专业优先 - 3+ years of experience including but not limited to Property and Liability claims 三年或以上财产险/责任险等理赔经验 - Fluent English for daily business correspondence 熟练掌握英语能力以应对日常商务交流 - Good business communication skills 良好的商务沟通技巧 Marsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
