Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our global team and spearhead our operations, focusing on Amazon marketplace management. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central operations. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Amazon Operations Expertise: ○ Proficient in Amazon Seller Central functions, including FBA, MCF, AWD, AGL, and managing low inventory limits. ○ Oversee inventory management across multiple locations, including overseas, US/UK, and Canada 3PLs, as well as FBA inventory. ○ Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics management, ensuring seamless shipment from 3PL and FBA to customers. ○ Conduct reporting and data analysis within the supply chain, focusing on COGS and storage optimization. ○ Drive process improvements by analyzing and enhancing Amazon product flows. ● Market Expansion and Account Management: ○ Lead Amazon marketplace expansion initiatives, overseeing entry into new markets. ○ Ensure the health and performance of seller accounts through effective account management practices. ● Project Management and Team Leadership: ○ Manage special projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence. ○ Develop and mentor team members, identifying opportunities for growth and managing new hire processes. ● Inventory and Quality Control Management: ○ Utilize SoStocked for inventory management and analysis. ○ Oversee quality control and assurance processes to maintain product excellence. ● Regulatory Compliance and Process Improvement: ○ Manage certifications, FDA compliance, and copyright filings for products. ○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). ● Customer Service and Supply Chain Optimization: ○ Work closely with customer service teams to implement service improvements. ○ Optimize supply chain logistics to ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery. ● Purchase Order (PO) and Purchase Invoice (PI) Oversight: ○ Ensure seamless purchase orders and invoice management by proactively following up to guarantee smooth process flow. ○ Monitor PO and PI workflows to promptly identify and address potential issues, optimizing procurement operations' efficiency. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree / Experience in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. ● Proven experience in Amazon marketplace management and operations leadership. ● Strong understanding of inventory management software, preferably SoStocked. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage a balanced workload. ● Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards in the medical equipment industry. Location: Remote in Asia or Europe. South America and North America need not apply. Payment: Based on experience.
