- Attract, develop and keep motivated and committed people to achieve operational excellence on Safety, Quality,Efficiency. Job description： 1. Managing the manufacturing of OIS elements and being responsible for the monthly output. 2. Responsible operations including Machining, Washing and ASSY. 3. Leading a motivated team and being responsible for their day to day tasks, motivation, development, safety and well being. 4. Short term manufacturing planning in cooperation with Planning department.Placing the customer first and actively communicating with the customer contact on setting the best priorities. 5. Driving continuous process improvements and giving strong support to the process development team on at least but not limited to design notifications (DN) and process notifications (PN). 6. Assisting the engineering team and process team to rolling out new project. 7. Continuously improving your knowledge of the working principles and manufacturing of OIS compressors. 8. Ensure OIS production line relocation smoothly and good support to other colleagues Competence and qualification： 1. Experience in production leadership is an absolute requirement. 2. Proven capability to lead an extremely divers team covering functions from straight forward operations like washing and painting, all the way through to highly complex operations and compressor performance testing. 3. Technical experience in CNC manufacturing, assembly and performance testing. Min.5 years’ experience in production management. 4. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. 5. Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or electro-mechanics. 6. Knowledge of CNC machine is a plus. 7. Driven, strong, dynamic. 8. Strong coaching leadership skills. 9. Being able to work in diversity international teams. 10. Always looking for improvements.
