职位介绍: Your Job 具有高光模具维保经验，能独立处理模具抛光和组立问题；有一定的模具开发经验，能够系统评估修模方案，报价与交期；对于模具热流道结构有清晰的了解，可对热流道系统进行拆解组装；具有汽车行业IATF16949质量管理方面的知识，具有主动贡献的团队精神。 What You Will Do 参与项目前期的模具开发和产品设计会议，并提出模具优化方案；参与前期试模问题点讨论，持续跟进稳定量产工艺的开发；已量产模具问题点收集并提出改善计划，并跟进改善方案和进度；与修模供应商进行技术细节讨论，评估可行性的修模方案并审核修模报价；主导由于模具故障造成的停机时间改善，持续跟进PDCA的落实；培训模具维护技术员抛光技术能力和模具维护保养的能力提升；遵守安全操作规范，参与新模具试模，并提出模具改善对策；对热流道系统进行维护保养，预防和避免热流道系统损坏；维护模具每日预防保养系统数据，分析月度模具报告，提出改善对策；每日巡视模具维护现场, 及时解决安全隐患，维持良好的5S状态；发现模具存在的疑难问题，则主动上报相关无法处理的紧急需求；与修模供应商保持良好的沟通状态，跟进外发修模进度和试产状态；协助主管持续改善生产绩效，积极主动为公司创造价值；服从主管指派的其他工作；定期汇报工作成果；服从TISAX样品保密协议要求，能量源管控要求；遵守IATF16949及EHS体系的规定。 Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 本科及以上学历, 注塑行业8年以上, 精密模具试模或维修经验；至少5年欧美外资企业工作经验，有一定的英语口语能力；有注塑高光模具抛光，精密模具配模和热流道系统组立经验；有较强的现场分析问题，解决问题的能力和沟通能力；熟悉办公软件，会使用办公软件和QC七大质量分析手法进行质量改进。 At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
