- 职责描述: This role is to lead Chinese sauce end to end innovation (from ideation to EC pilot launch) of a future proofing portfolio that can extend Master business outside Guangdong / Fujian and beyond soy sauce category. This role will focus on delivering innovations using digital commerce as pilot channel under two categories: - Soy Sauce - Compound Sauce. Key responsibility: Develop strong NPD mix: a. Develop sharp & strong product concept based on consumer needs & industry trends on DouYin b. Develop strong product (formula, packaging) via close collaboration with internal project team and/or external co-packer. c. Develop right pricing & promotion via strong collaboration with sales. d. Build strong business case and deployment to launch innovations e. Develop strong selling stories via strong collaboration with sales. f. Strong mix execution in conjunction with cross-functional project team Pilot launch on DouYin: a. Lead launch content preparation in conjunction with social/media team. b. Work with social/media team on Douyin launch plan c. Closely monitor sales momentum and make adjustments according to sales performances. Business Daily Management a. Monthly review business status on sell-in /sell-out, activation/promotion calendar, adjust plan with commercial partners accordingly. b. Budget management of future portfolio product line. 任职要求: 1. Bachelor degree above 2. At least 2 year above working experience in marketing. 3. Prefer candidates with experience in both start-up companies and MNC. 4. Passion for foods, passion for youth culture and trends. 5. Creative, proactive and open-minded 6. Strong ownership, growth mindset, with a sense of urgency 7. Fluent at spoken English and English writing.
