职位介绍: 1, take part in the tranfering project, be responsible for process establishment including, machine and process parameter, self training, operator training, process capability establishment, SOP and PFMEA, etc. generate the project work report and work plan weekly basis. 2, co-work with Swiss team to ensure all process technical detail was fully understood and implemented in DG. 3, post project silicon optics production process maintaining and continual improvement. 4, the role of customized product feasibility evaluation and support the cost related prcoess data to Finance for RFQ price calculation. Job Requirements 1, bachelor or above, majored in optics / physics, ＞5 years work experience, nice to have silicon optics process experience, like cleaning, dicing, pick and place, inspection, packing etc. 2, good at english reading and writing, oral english is a big plus for recruitment. 3, open minded and team work spirit 4, goos skill in SPC, FMEA and quality tool and sense.
