职位介绍: MAIN PURPOSE This role is part of the broader communication department, responsible for daily planning and implementation of paid media & performance campaigns. To assist line manage to develop and execute overall media campaigns including Digital/Performance/OOH & Print plans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Media Campaign Execution Managing media agency briefings, objective, campaign KPI, work flow, 3rd Party tracking. Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and data analysis. Collaborate with media agency to output high quality campaign post-buy reports and monthly report. Communication with HQ to sync the global & local media strategies and be responsible for image plan and ensure the creative assets delivery. Communicate with key landlord partners to investigate valuable brand exposure for boutique business support. To understand of performance media and audience targeting, to assist line optimize media effectiveness and efficiency. 2. Media Performance Monitor & Optimization Monthly tracking and work closely with related functional team to ensure the data accuracy. Supervise the monthly raw data shared by agency partner. 3. Budget Purchase orders/ invoice procedure. Ensure the accuracy on monthly/ annual media reconciliation. COMPETENCIES At least 4 years of media buy working experience in an international media agency network, or related industry. A strong analytical capability in processing and interpreting large volume of numbers and data with concrete recommendations. Extensive knowledge of offline and digital media platforms. Knowing their latest development, and good relationship with key print titles & OOH media. Experienced working with marketing teams of luxury malls is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
