- Main Responsibilities： 1.Architecture, design and implementation of software solutions of Intranet Workflow, Vendor Collaboration Platform. 2.Define & document software and system architecture for cross-layer (DB, Application, mobility solution & Hardware integration) features and functionality. 3.Understanding and mapping of system requirements to ensure development of state-of-the-art design covering all aspects of the system including functionality, performance, and debuggability. 4.Collaborate with global application development, software and hardware teams to ensure architecture meets the end-to-end system requirements. 5.Review system architecture and technical specification document from vendor. 6.Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures. 7.Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines. 8.Follow all safety policies, procedures and work instructions according to the safety management system and fulfill his/her responsibilities as stated in the safety manual so as to protect the safety of himself/herself and fellow colleagues. 9.Other assignments from direct superior. Requirements: 1.Combined 4-5 years of business analysis and project management experience on Application system design and implementation. 2.With rich development background of web application and cloud based solution: •Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL •Strong knowledge of Web Service API •Good spoken and written English skill is a must •Experiences in managing medium software projects, testing and producing technical documentations are also needed for this position. 3.Professionalism of project methodology and tools, project Management experience and training, PMP certification is a plus. 4.Empirical and Analytical. Customer focused. Able to present and articulate business requirements and functional specifications clearly. 5.Fluent in English. Excellent oral and written, technical and non-technical communication and presentation skills required. 6.Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment.
