Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing and executing our internal and external communication strategies, enhancing our brand presence, and ensuring effective employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a blend of creativity, planning, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Corporate branding and reputation management: * Develop and execute communications strategies and initiatives to protect and enhance the company’s reputation and support business objectives. * Work with internal stakeholders and agency to drive positive coverage across mainstream, general and trade media outlets; * Support executive speaking opportunities to shape the brand and amplify voice in the market; * Localize global brand assets and develop local content in multiple formats including text, video, and presentations; * Manage issue or crisis of product or other situations that may impact the business or corporate reputation. Internal communications: * Initiate and drive internal communication plan by identifying what is needed to raise the overall excellence of internal communications related to the company, mission, culture; * Manage internal events/ initiatives such as town halls and company events; * Work with cross functional teams to lead corporate responsibility initiatives; * Localize and train staff on brand assets including logo, images, guidelines and policies; * Produce or manage agency to develop compelling written content, including but not limited to internal correspondence, newsletters, executive letters; * Support internal stakeholders to ensure unified messages are delivered across the organization. Work across functions to foster dialogues between senior leaders and front-line employees; * PowerPoint presentations layout design and basic video editing with various tools and applications Social media management: * Manage owned social media channels, regularly update and maintain internal digital platforms to ensure country exposure among Group stakeholders (e.g., Intranet, internal WeChat, Email and Viva Engage); * Collaborate with agencies to manage the content plan and deliverables of owned external digital platforms such as official WeChat and website; * Oversee the creation and implementation of effective and engaging social campaigns that achieve objectives. Required Qualification, Experience and Skillsets * University degree and above, oversea education or exposure is an advantage; * 5+ years’ relevant working experience in corporate communications function in MNC healthcare companies, background in PR agency or journalism is preferred; * Strong project planning and management skills with demonstrated experience in managing large-scale corporate media events, and major internal comms programs; * Deep understanding of China’s media landscape in the healthcare sector; * Business proficiency in both Chinese and English, excellent business writing skills with the ability to craft purpose-driven content, attuned to reading habits in digital era to maximize effectiveness and impact; * Strong interpersonal skills and familiar with working effectively with different levels in a matrix and multinational organization; * High attention to details, striving to excellence with continuous improvement mindset; * Fast learner who can quickly assimilate new information and learn from mistakes; * Adaptable to changes and deliver quality work under deadlines; * Ability to work independently with limited agency support; * Team-oriented with open, authentic communication style.
