职位介绍: Responsibility Scope职责范围: • Function/ Process Tasks业务/流程性工作 1. Manage production line process, including process parameters, processing programs and so on；管理职责范围内生产线工艺，包括工艺参数、加工程序等； 2. Responsible for technical documents and tooling drawing management；负责技术文件及工装图纸的管理; 3. Responsible for training operator‘s skill of machine operation and change over ；操作人员设备操作及换型技能培训; 4. Tooling and process consumable material definition and management；工装以及工艺性消耗品的选型及管理，如钻头，刀片，拉刀等。 6. Continuous improvement of processes 针对工艺过程进行持续改进； 7. Responsible for daily process problem solving and machine trouble shooting supporting; 负责解决日常的工艺技术引起的问题，支持维修人员合作解决设备问题； • Environment, Health Safety and Energy Responsibilities 环境、健康安全、能源职责 1. Participant EHS activities and training organized by plant. 积极参加公司组织的各项EHS活动及培训 2. Report accident, near miss, hazard, deviation occurred at workplace in time. 及时报告工作场所发生的安全事故，未遂事件，隐患/风险以及偏差。 3. Participant energy activities and training organized by plant. 积极参加公司组织的各项能源活动及培训。 Working Tasks (Details) 工作描述: • Function/ Process Tasks业务/流程性工作 1. Finish the new product setup according to the plan；根据计划完成新产品的调试工作，及批量产品在其它设备上的初次调试; 2. Analyze the root cause of the daily process problem and take action to solve the problem in time to ensure the production；对于每天发生的工艺技术问题分析原因及时解决确保生产顺利进行; 3. Weekly or monthly analysis the production data to find the root cause of scrap, efficiency, down time, cost related to the manufacturing engineering , defined the action and carry out；每周，每月对于废弃，效率，停机，成本等和工艺相关的TOP问题的根本原因进行分析制定措施并实施； 4. Analysis the root cause of customer complaint related to the manufacturing technical and define the action and carry out；分析与工艺相关的顾客抱怨产生的根本原因，制定及实施措施; 5. Monthly statistics the machine cycle time and analysis the difference defined the action and carry out the action. 每月统计分析设备的生产节拍，针对差异分析措施并实施 6. Manage the manufacturing technical document and update in time；整理收集工艺技术文件，并及时更新； 7. Test new supplier and new specification of grinding wheel and insert, make the relative analysis, to make the use of grinding wheel and insert variety; 测试新供应商或者新型号刀片，钻头及拉刀，并分析得出工艺试验结果，达到其可用的多样性; 8. Saving the cost through improve the cycle time, tools and consumable material consumption, energy consumption, and capacity；通过技术改进（节拍，消耗材料，能源消耗，过程能力）节约成本； Coordinate with maintenance about the machine fault and reduce downtime；辅助维修部门维修设备，降低设备停机时间； 9. Control of process capability 控制并监控工艺过程的稳定性 • Temporary Tasks临时性工作 Temporary tasks assigned by head of MFE 主管分配的临时性任务 Cooperation Scope合作范围: External Scope外部范围 • Machine supplier and tooling supplier设备及工装供应商 Internal Scope内部范围 Within company. 公司内部相关部门
