Continuous improvement in related systems, processes and products. 相关体系、工艺、产品的持续改善。 Environment, Health Safety and Energy Responsibilities 环境、健康安全、能源职责 1. Comply with EHS and energy related regulations. 符合环境、健康、安全及能源相关法律法规，行业标准及公司要求。 Working Tasks (Details) 工作描述: Function/ Process Tasks 业务/流程性工作 1. Planning and implementation of new turning & special machining equipment, spare parts, fixtures and related processes & documentation. As well as for related safety & environment protection equipment. 规划和实施新的车削及特殊机加工设备、工装夹具和相关的流程和文件。包括相关的安全及环保设备。 2. Responsible for technical specification, evaluation, decision, purchasing application for new turning & special machining equipment, as well as for acceptance implementation. 负责新车削及特殊机加工设备技术规范的制定、评估、决定、采购申请以及设备验收的实施。 Responsible for design and development of turning & special machining process tooling. 负责车削及特殊机加工工艺用的工装夹具的设计开发。 Assessment, evaluation and adjustment of production processes using statistical evaluation methods. 使用统计计算的方法评估，评价和调整生产工艺。 Support for development and implementation of new production processes, preparation of the necessary documents. 支持新生产工艺的开发和实施，准备必要的文件。 Technical support for existing turning & special machining processes, monitoring of related equipment operation. 现有的车削及特殊机加工工艺进行技术支持, 监控现有相关设备的运行。 Assistance in planning and implementation of continuous improvement projects. 协助规划和执行持续改进项目。 Onsite contact for related process engineer and supplier from oversea. 海外相关工程师及供应商的现场联络。 Other tasks assigned by manager. 领导安排的其他任务。 Cooperation Scope 合作范围: External Scope 外部范围 Supplier 供应商 Internal Scope 内部范围 Headquarter & Sister companies 集团总部及其他兄弟公司 Other departments in company 公司内其他部门
