- Responsibilities: -Overall responsible for source to pay process, which including 3- way match, payment, AP aging follow up. ect. -Ensure the accuracy of monthly closing for AP process and IC reconciliation with other division. -Follow up long aged items (open PO, GRNI) -Update and optimize AP working manual on timely basis, improve standardization of accounting and process. -Lead AP process optimization, and initiate the Finance digitalization in source to Pay -Monitor team performance, team training and encourage team spirit. -Perform as process owner of China S2P, coordinate with both China and Global projects -Other Ad hoc tasks from line manager Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting, well familiar with source to pay process and accounting treatment. -Good communication skill both in Chinese and English。 -More than 5 years related working experience, better to have SSC experience. -Multi-national company experience with knowledge in both US GAAP and China GAAP, SOX. -With good team management experience -Better to have experience with RPA, Power BI, Phyton, etc
