Scope of work will be IMCs, social, BTL for International, domestics brands. Please submit your resume / CV in English and Chinese. Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任 (主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容) 1. 您将为国际和当地知名品牌提供服务合作。行业如 家清害虫处理, 3C, 快消等 You will be servicing both internationally and domestic renowned brands in Household cleaning & Pest Control, 3C and FMCGs 2. 您对创造品牌、 产品主张、创意切入点有掌握. 您熟悉串联 社交平台(抖音,小红书等) 种草,发酵,收割而能倒流在电商或者线下门店。 You have key grasp in creating brand, product propositions and inspiring creative with ways-in. You have experience in creating campaigns across social platforms that lead to conversion either through e-commerce our at the retail store 3. 您能够从定性、定量和生活经验的多个来源获得消费者的见解,以产生清晰和简洁的沟通方向/策略,以激发创造性工作。 You are able to source consumer insights from multiple sources qualitative, quantitative and life experiences to produce clear and concise communication directions / strategies to inspire creative work. Requirements 任职要求 (担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求) 1. 学士学位或以上 Bechelar degree or above 2. 以中文为母语,英语良好 A Native Chinese speaker with English proficiency 3. 是正能量的来源、愿意学习、保持积极工作态度、独立、对自己作品有负责人、有弹性 Welcoming personality, Willing to Learn, positive working attitude, independent, resilient, and takes responsibility for output 4. 善于表达,思维清晰,有很强的分析能力 An articulate, clear thinker with strong analysis skills 5. 好奇并愿意深入研究消费者行为背后的动机 Inquisitive and curious about underlying consumer behaviour 6. 品牌策划经验 (也有社交经验 抖音、小红书等) Brand planning with experience in social Douyin, RED, etc. 7. 有4A广告公司经验或中文文案背景优先 4A agency and/or Chinese Copywriting experience is a plus
