职位介绍: Role & Responsibilities 角色与责任（主要描述其岗位需要承担的所有工作内容） 1. To assist the line manager and team on the project management from end to end. 协助直接主管和部门团队，负责项目全周期的管理。 2. Mainly being responsible for the execution of creative works, make sure they are well delivered in high quality and on time. 主要负责项目中创意物料的执行工作，确保它们可以被高品质地按时完成。 3. Capable on variety of reports generating, e.g- weekly status, contact report, competitive review, etc. 有能力负责或参与多种项目相关报告的拟定，如：项目进度周报、会议记录，竞品报告，等等。 4. General operations such as OA, finance sum up, etc. 部门日常运作相关的支持，比如：OA操作、财务管理，等等。 Requirements 任职要求（担任该职位所需要的工作经验要求） 1、 Age 年龄范围： 24-28 years 24-28岁 2、 Degree And Professional certificate 学历专业及专业证书： College degree or above 大专或以上 3、 Work Experience 工作经验： 1-2year+ working experiences in advertising. 1-2年广告行业从业经历 4、 Professional skills 专业技能： With intensive experiences on ATL/BTL creative works execution. 具备线上、线下创意物料执行的相关经验 Basic financial awareness, understanding and management. 了解基本的财务知识和管理工作 5、Comprehensive quality (personality and ability) 综合素质（性格特征及能力素质）: Possess a good sense of what account management role and responsibilities encompass. 对客户管理的角色和职责有较好的认知 Has a can-do attitude and the initiatives and willing to do/learn new skills, has good learning ability. 有踏实肯做和积极主动的工作态度，愿意不断学习新技能且有优秀的学习能力 A problem-solver who can be able to finish the given tasks independently and efficiently, with strong strain capacity. 善于思考和解决问题，能独立高效地完成工作任务，有较强的应变能力 A good multi-tasker who has the ability to prioritize work accordingly and be able to work under pressure. 擅长处理多任务，能够根据轻重缓急合理安排工作，能承受一定的工作压力 Can effectively evaluate work and provide justifiable and actionable feedback. 能有效评估工作并提供合理可行的反馈意见 Be collaborative in nature and work well with all other disciplines. 具有合作精神，能与他人友好合作 Strong verbal, listen, written, and communication skills both in English and Mandarin.良好的中英文听说读写能力和与人沟通的能力 Smart, Humble, Reliable, Scrupulous, Organized, Optimistic 聪明，谦逊、可信赖、细致、有条理、积极 6、Others其它： Nice-to-have - experienced in managing multi-national accounts, including FMCG. 有服务跨国品牌客户（包括快消品牌）的工作经验更佳。
