Job Responsibilities: 1. Operations/Capabilities - Develop deep knowledge of ANGUS network (OPS and People) - Resource card 2. Resolve Customer questions and queries - Direct customer queries to responsible persons (internal or external business partners) for resolutions - Exhibit appropriate urgency and escalate as necessary/timely 3. Enable profitable growth by delighting our customers with excellent service, daily 4. Develop deep, collaborative relationships with ANGUS customers - Process orders – execute them flawlessly (1) Order entry accuracy (2) Invoice accuracy - Up sell when the opportunity presents itself - Field any question that the customer might have 5. Actively contribute to the development and institutionalization of localized business service standards - Lead-times - Minimum order quantities - Service premiums 6. Act as the voice of the customer, within ANGUS, to drive an improved customer experience - Service - Quality - Differentiated service requests 7. Monitor abnormal demand – know our customers activity better than our customers do - Utilize analytics to identify abnormal order patterns (high or low) - Seek clarification from customers - Provide feedback to Key Account Managers & Business Operations 8. Accounts Receivable Collections - Weekly follow-up on past due receivables with customers - Weekly escalation of past due receivables to Commercial Team - Document actions taken on customer accounts in SAP - Reporting to Finance on past due receivables 9. Master Data Management (MDM) - Responsible for maintenance in SAP of customer data accounts - Set up and maintenance in SAP of new customer accounts - Coordinates for setup of new route, GMID extensions, transport zone Job Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3-5 years of Customer Service / Sales Experience / Operations experience required 2. Know-how of Supply Chain theory and processes, operational execution, operation’s needs, asset management, business and accounting principles are critical 3. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel is required – ability to quickly learn new systems & tools 4. Excellent interpersonal & problem-solving skills 5. Proficiency in SAP is preferred 6. Fluency in Mandarin (written and oral) and English required 7. Ability to travel 5% or less
