- Wonderlabs is seeking for a BD Manager to join our team to develop new business and establish valuable client relationship and together to create exciting interactive experience. 工作职责： 1.深谙品牌传播、市场营销等客户的需求，能够独立进行商务沟通和谈判，开发新客户，发掘客户的潜在需求开展新的业务，能够向客户提案，做Proposal； 2.整合及挖掘潜在行业资源及客户资源，创新合作模式，完成商务谈判、合同签订等工作； 3.能够很好地维护与客户长期稳定的关系，定期对客户进行商务对接，帮助客户实现潜在及延展性需求，并能根据公司业务项目需求，有针对性的发展和拓展合作资源； 4.保持与内部各部门的密切合作，参与执行策略方案与指导创意产出； 5.负责客户和项目的推进管理，保证项目的时间进度以及内部流程的顺利展开。 任职要求： 1．具备2-4年市场推广、业务拓展、BD等相关经验，自身具有一定资源； 2．熟悉广告、会展、新媒体行业，对互动营销有深入了解，并有较强的品牌战略理念和策略思考能力； 3. 拥有广告业、PR活动或艺术设计背景的，可优先考虑； 4．熟知市场渠道拓展流程，沟通谈判能力较强； 5．较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的团队管理能力； 6．擅长人际交往，良好的协调能力、较强的社会活动能力； 7．中英文语言能力上佳，较好的书面和口头表达能力。 Responsibilities: 1.Well understand the needs of customers such as brand communication and marketing, can independently conduct business communication and negotiation, develop new customers, explore the potential needs of customers to carry out new business, be able to make proposals to customers; 2.Integrate and tap potential industry resources and customer resources, innovate cooperation models, complete business negotiation, contract signing and other work; 3.Able to maintain long-term and stable relationship with customers, conduct regular business docking with customers, help customers achieve potential and scalability needs,and develop and expand cooperation resources according to the company's business project needs; 4.Maintain close cooperation with internal departments, participate in executing strategic plans and guiding creative output; 5.Responsible for the management to promote and implement the project, and ensure project schedule and internal processes developed smoothly. Requirements: 1.With 2-4 years working experience in marketing, business development, BD, etc., and own certain resources; 2.Familiar with advertising, exhibition and new media industries, have a deep understanding of interactive marketing, and have a strong brand strategy concept and strategic thinking ability; 3.Background in advertising, PR activities or art design is preferred; 4.Familiar with market channel development process, strong communication and negotiation skills; 5.Strong observation and adaptability, good team management ability; 6.Good at interpersonal communication, good coordination ability, strong ability of social activities; 7.Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
