职位介绍: 岗位目标：支持项目质量/技术经理质量目标实现，用元函数动画化设计稳健性审查，管理ECR（工程变更）、ISS（问题）。零件开发跟进（正式化、TKO、APQP状态）协调每个开发阶段的最新BOM。仪式性项目会议动画（RT/RSV、要点、项目决策）。确保工程桩在项目决策中具有良好的稳健性岗位职责：在项目建立阶段，质量目标部署要有正确的预测。同时，识别设计和支持目标实现的开发阶段。确保良好的动画和元功能，并准备正确的KPI/合成/向质量/技术经理报告。在构思阶段，负责技术风险动画、质量要求实现动画、规范和定义稳健性审查，以确保按时交付具有适当质量的产品。在工业阶段，负责制造和产品质量与相关工具的衔接；根据APQP状态跟踪供应商开发进度任职要求：车辆/机械/电气/质量管理＞3年英语了解车辆和核心部件的开发和制造过程以及车辆开发规划 6西格玛/8D等质量工具 APQP Excel、PowerPoint Minitab/CATIA将是一个优势 Mission： Support project quality / Technical manager on quality objective achievement, animate the design robustness review with meta fuction, manage the ECR (engineering change), ISS (issue). Parts development follow-up (officialization, TKO, APQP status) Coordination of BOM up to date for each development phase. Animation of ritual project meetings (RT / RSV, Hard point, project decision). Ensure good robustness of engineering stakes for project decision Major Responsibilities： In project set up phase, quality objective deployment to have right forecast. In parallel, identify risks to be improved in design and development phase to support target achievement. Ensure the good animation with meta function, and prepare the correct KPI / synthesis / reporting to the quality / Tehcnical manager. In conception phase, responsible for technical risk animation, quality requirement fulfillment animation, specification and definition robustness review to secure on time deliverables with right quality. In industrial phase, responsible for manufacturing and product quality convergence with relative tools; To follow supplier development progress with APQP status. Qualifications： Vehicle/ Mechanical/Electrical/Quality management ＞3years English Understanding of vehicle and core component development and manufacturing process and vehicle development planning 6 sigma/8D etc quality tools APQP Excel, PowerPoint Minitab/CATIA would be a plus
