职位介绍: 岗位目标：全球分销管理：跨区域原型/系列零件订购/跟踪/交付？为中国当地项目订购/储存/分销/管理原型零件原型/木勒和Xi汽车制造支持：总装和调试活动岗位职责：跟随项目团队制定零件/捐赠汽车清单和交付计划？跟随采购团队/CIC根据零件/捐赠汽车清单和交付计划制定零件报价？跟随项目团队确认报价并提供可用预算？跟随采购团队/CIC制定零部件/捐赠汽车的采购订单？跟随供应商/CIC发送CI/PI ？根据MRD在仓库/工厂跟踪零件/捐赠汽车的交付？跟随物流团队完成跨区域发货？管理Mule/Xi建造的组件/捐赠车辆储存和分配，并进行GRs和付款？支持整车BOM更新和整车进度？每周/每天报告零件跟踪状态岗位要求：车辆工程或机械工程专业本科以上学历？至少2-3年的车辆开发/集成或BOM管理经验？车辆零部件管理相关经验——熟悉车间零部件订购、储存、配送流程？车辆和零部件物流流程经验——国际运输和清关？对车辆部件和系统有很好的了解？具有车辆开发和车辆制造流程方面的经验，具备车辆总装流程和项目管理方面的技能？数字模型装配（虚拟装配和包装检查），制造工程和制造工艺，紧固件相关经验优先？优秀的英语读、写、说能力？驾驶执照是必需的 Objectives：？Global distribution management: cross-regional prototype/serial parts ordering/ tracking/ delivery ？Prototype parts ordering/storage/distribution/management for China local programs Prototype/Mule & Xi vehicles build support: general assembly and debug activities Key Responsibilities: ？Follow Project team to figure out the parts/donor cars list and delivery plan ？Follow Purchase team/CIC to figure out the parts quotation according to parts/donor cars list and delivery plan ？Follow project team to confirm the quotation and provide an available budget ？Follow Purchase team/CIC to make Purchase Order for parts/donor cars ？Follow supplier/CIC send out the CI/PI ？Follow parts/donor cars delivery in warehouse/plant according to MRD ？Follow logistics team to complete cross-region shipment ？Manage build components/donor cars storage & distribution for the Mule/Xi build, and make the GRs and Payment ？Support the vehicle build BOM update and whole build progress ？Weekly/daily report the parts tracking status Requirements:：？Bachelor degree or above in the major of vehicle engineering or mechanical engineering ？Minimum of 2-3 years of vehicle development/integration or BOM management experience ？Vehicle parts management related experience – be familiar with parts ordering, storage, distribution process in the workshop ？Experience on vehicle & parts logistic process – International shipment and customs clearance ？Excellent understanding of vehicle components and systems ？Have experience in vehicle development and vehicle build process, and w/ skills in vehicle general assembly process and project management ？Digital Model Assembly (Virtual Assembly and Package Check), Manufacturing Engineering and Build Process, Fasteners related experience is preferred ？Excellent English in reading, writing, and speaking ？Drive license is necessary
