职位介绍: Service Engineer-Valves CIRCOR International Business: Industrial Valves Location: Beijing You Will: • Independent implementation of national and international service assignments in conventional and nuclear facilities. • Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback. • Preparing quotations for global customers inquiries based pertinent data required to satisfy customer requirements. • Providing technical sales and customer support. Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively. Monitoring customer inventory and advising to reorder spare parts when needed. Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers. • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use. • Carrying out maintenance and repair work as well as commissioning • Set up work preparation on site/construction site (assemble machines, tools, consumables) • Coordinating assignments and, if necessary, instructing and assigning assembly personnel on site • Adherence to and monitoring of schedules, workflow charts and safety culture • Preparation of documentation and assembly reports • Technical clarification in coordination with internal specialist departments • Active cooperation with other departments in order to incorporate the knowledge and experience from after sales into the planning and production of future products. • Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures. Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment. • Other works assigned by manager. You Have: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service management • Excellent active listening and customer service skills. • The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed. • The ability to remain professional under pressure. • Superb work ethic and a growth mindset, building relationships based on integrity, trust, and respect. • A degree in engineering or similar. • Spoken, Reading & Written English skills are required.
