职位介绍: Who you are： Develop processes and tools for safe execution of all projects. Support production with process and industrial engineering, tools and fixtures, documentation. About the job: •Be responsible for: o All process engineering management to improve efficiency and reduce production cost. o Ensure MOP, SOP are available for production on time and with required content and quality for all products. o Ensure tools and fixtures are defined in MOP and/or SOP to allow best execution with respect to safety, quality, and efficiency. o Ensure best process hours are maintained in Master BOM and support production to achieve or consume less hour during execution. Gap analysis and improvement for standard hours of related product. o Develop lifting plan as part of workshop documentation package. o Ensure nesting is done in due time and as optimal as possible. o Ensure CNC programs are prepared on time to allow best output and quality. o Develop process for tool and fixture design and improvement. o Develop and drive necessary skills in the team in mechanical and electrical assembly, machining. o Support production optimize processes based on ALPS and LSS tools. o Support and execute Digital projects / to play active role in digitalisation, automation and robotisation. o Support OD (Operational Development) with development and change projects o Support Operational development implementing new processes and products. o To perform other tasks as and when delegated by manager What you know： Competencies / Profile: o Be a good communicator. o Be systematic and organized o Be persistent and thorough o Have good technical insight. o Be service minded o Have a good basic understanding of manufacturing methodologies. o Min. Green Belt Six Sigma o Good understanding of lean tools Qualifications & experience: o Mechanical/industrial engineer o Good English skills o Good computer skills o Experience in managing process team/standard hours in international company. o Good understanding of ERP [AX] and modern product management systems, NC programming o 4+ years working in similar position in similar industry What you will get: We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
