职位介绍: Job Responsibilities: • Manages geographic territory and ensures Malvern Panalytical is represented in all relevant purchases. Calls on necessary available resource to close business in Malvern's favor. • Achieve monthly and annual targets for the territory. • Maintains sales data base for territory and develops mailing list and prospect levels. • Maintains opportunities in CRM on a regular basis so as to provide information that can be used to produce a 3 month forecast at the end of each month. Records information on won / lost opportunities in CRM such as applications and competitors. • Develops and maintains good level of product knowledge for Malvern range and for competition lines. • Feeds back customer activity and market/product opportunities to Product Management. • Conducts demonstrations, attends seminars and exhibitions. Always promotes professional image of Malvern Panalytical. • Growth and profitability of Malvern Panalytical. • Customer satisfaction with Malvern Panalytical products and services. • Professional image of Malvern Panalytical. Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree or equivalent standard is required with higher qualifications being desirable • Bachelor degree in Material Science or Chemical Engineering Experience • More than 3 years sales experience in selling analytical instruments is required. • Knowledge of particle sizing, size exclusion chromatography, rheology or related technology would be an advantage but not essential. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, well organized and self-motivated.
