职位介绍: 1. 制定平面设计方案，深入理解客户需求，完成创意构思及执行，独立承担设计项目 2. 负责视觉创意和设计、视觉调性把控，不断优化创意及视觉输出 3. 有较强的品牌视觉体系意识，参与项目包含但不限于：品牌Logo、VI、设计延展 4. 参与展示设计完成立面创意内容及风格细节表现 5. 参与展陈创意空间视觉创作，完成不同设计类型项目的创意提案 6. 协助完成展示设计深化，支持设计落地 ● 专业背景与资质学历 1. 平面设计、品牌设计、视觉传达设计相关专业学习经历 2. 本科及以上学历 ● 工作经验 2年以上的视觉设计相关工作经验 ● 软件要求掌握Ai, Photoshop，MS Office软件 ● 关键能力 1. 整体布局设计能力，准确把握设计风格及细节表现 2. 精通排版，色彩，构图等，可灵活根据需求变换风格 3. 具备良好的沟通能力，能高效清晰地向其他成员解释设计方案的本质、思路与原因 4. 项目把控力，严谨的分析能力，探讨创意的激情和精益求精的态度 5. 能以准确的论证阐述观点，有明确的目标，能承受快节奏工作 6. 能积极主动，友好的解决问题，跨越领域，抓重点，满怀激情具备以下条件者优先考虑: 1. 完整的作品集 2. 参与并独立完成3个以上设计项目 1. Formulate brand graphic design scheme, deeply understand the brand, complete and implement creative conception of the brand, and independently undertake design projects 2. Be responsible for visual creativity and design of the brand, visual tonality management, and constantly optimize brand creativity and visual output 3. Have a strong sense of brand visual system, and participate in projects including but not limited to brand logo, VI and design extension 4. Participate in the display design and complete the creative content and style details of the facade 5. Participate in the creation of space vision and complete the design proposals of different types of projects 6. Assist in completing the landing deepening design of the exhibition project Professional background and qualifications 1. Professional learning experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication design 2. Bachelor degree or above Work experience More than 2 years of work experience in visual design Software requirements Master AI, Photoshop, MS office Key capabilities 1. Overall layout design ability, accurately grasp the design style and detail performance 2. Proficient in typesetting, color, composition, etc., and flexible in changing styles according to needs 3. Good communication skills, and ability of explaining the essence, ideas and reasons of the design scheme to other members efficiently and clearly 4. Project control, rigorous analysis, passionate and creative discuss and attitude of excellence 5. Have clear goals, be able to explain ideas with accurate arguments and work at a fast pace 6. Be able to solve problems in an active and friendly way, and focus on key points cross various fields The following conditions are preferred: 1. Have collection of works 2. Participate in and independently complete more than 3 design projects or brand VI schemes
