职位介绍: Objective Design tactics, initiatives to implement the defined commercial strategy at the corresponding OEMs in China to improve business competitiveness and acquire new programs. Main Responsibilities • Build trusting relationships and manages them with customers. • Acquisition of new projects for China plants, identify opportunities to enhance results and customer value. • Lead business heathy growth and transformation in China from commercial side, not limited to right pricing, repricing, compensation negotiation, AR, close commercial issues • Support plants and customer group managers in managing customer matters (negotiations, renewals, changes, etc.). Provides tactics, initiatives, and action plans to support the CVP and results. • Provide insights on customer volumes, and market intelligence with different OEMs. Interprets regional conditions and shares them to support intelligence of business. • Lead and develop the team to achieve the targets for business growth in China in alignment with global requirements and CVP delivery. Position Requirements • Bachelor degree in engineering or sales related • 15 years’ sales related experience, strong automotive industry background, better with casting business experience, • Family with major OEMs like German OEMs, European OEMs and NA OEMs with successful case proof • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills • Proactive and strong leadership • Fluent English At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
