职位介绍: 岗位名称：Sales&BD Director 公司简介：某意大利百年汽车核心零部件企业（创立于 1942 年），核心业务围绕汽车热管理系统、冷却系统的研发生产，同时正加速氢能储氢部件、电子水泵等新产品的商业化落地业务覆盖整车原厂配套、汽车独立售后市场、工业自动化三大板块，汇报对象：China GM(意大利人）基本要求： 1.10 年以上汽车行业销售管理经验，有对接OEM的经验； 2.有动力总成系统及电动车领域经验 3.直属上级是意大利人，需要英语口语可以作为工作语言。工作地点：上海市嘉定区安亭镇（上海国际汽车城）薪资福利：税前月薪45K左右+15%-20%年终奖金，总包约 62 万 - 69 万 / 年 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets 2.Hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends 3.Sales consolidation and profitability improvement on existing business/customers/markets and development of new business opportunities on consolidated markets/customers as well on new markets/customers/applications/technologies requires a key role in Sales & BD while coordinating application engineering actions in the customer front end 4.Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets and accounts over complete APAC Region (Greater China, Korea, Jap) 5.Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base 6.Build and maintain strong and long-lasting customer relationships 7.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives 8.Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations 9.Understand category-specific landscapes and trends 10.Reporting on forces that drive tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts 11.Global responsibility for sales strategy of Chinese OEM locally and worldwide 12.Other job assigned by the superior DEGREE AND WORKING ESPERIENCES 1.BA/BS degree or equivalent. MBA as strong plus 2.10 years work experience above for sales management in Automotive industries 3.Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets 4.Previous experience as a sales executive, business development, sales manager or sales and marketing director through Automotive market, experienced over powertrain systems as well battery electric vehicles 5.Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions PERSONAL ABILITY 1.Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and middle levels 2.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan/modeling to close/implementing 3.Commercial expertise bundled with technical skills will be required for fully handling all product aspects 4.Proven ability to position products against competitors 5.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills: English must, Chinese must, other languages as strong plus (ie. Japanese, Korean, German)
