职位介绍: Job description . Cell production Process dvelopment & Implementation at CN standard factory . Electrode, assembly and formation Process parameter coordination with R&D, Production team . Support Launch team and Quality team for Production & Process control plan . B sample process parameter optimization & Production data analysis . Responsible for Process DOE / Inline data analysis / Tolerance case study / testing data analysis / Production capacity analysis . Failure & Root cause analysis(Tear down analysis) . Technical Daily issue tracking and report to HOD & TPM . Onsite Technical support for SZ & CN Planning team(Commissioning, installation, debugging, FAT/SAT) . Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder Qualification 1.Working expereriences . 3 + years working experiences at Cell production process development . 3 + years working experiences at Li ion battery industry (direct experiences in working with supplier or customer) 2.Language . Native Chinese . Fluent English (in technical discussion) 3.Miscellaneous . 6sigma Green belt . Good MS-office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word and Think cell) . Professional skills at Mini-tab (DOE, data anlysis) . High willingness traveling (＞50% working hours)

(VWATD) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group in China. Our products are geared at various popular domestic car models of the Volkswagen, Audi and Škoda brands. The main product is the 7-speed dual clutch transmission DSG DQ200 which combines the advantages of manual and automatic shifting, creating a highly efficient bundle of economy, performance, smooth handling and driving pleasure. VWATD further produces the AVS cam shaft, a driving component of the newest generation EA888 engine that fuses maximum driving comfort with optimized fuel consumption. Since the groundbreaking ceremony at the end of 2007, the plant has grown very strong. On 20th November 2020, our staff proudly celebrated the 8 millionth transmissions. On 24th March 2021, the 6 million AVS camshaft wet offline.
