职位介绍: JOB DESCRIPTION The AMC-GCR operator works as the bridge connection between global business assurance center and GCR local security sites, responsible for alarm response and monitoring the system health of security device in the alarm system, and incident reports in GCR Corp sites. He/she is required to work closely with local management, employees, contractors and vendors in the management of alarm response, incident report and system health maintenance to ensure a safe and secure workplace for customers. The ideal candidate must have great interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. REQUIRED COMPETENCIES The Ideal candidate should possess the required skills: Minimum Diploma in security or other relevant field Minimum CET4 English Level or equivalent English Level Ability to multi-task and be very detail-oriented Attention to detail and a high degree of personal organization; Must be proficient in communication, both verbal and written in Chinese and English Has experience with Lenel On guard platform preferred Ability to adapt in a fast paced, high demand and dynamic work environment Responsive and responsible attitude A demonstrated passion for customer service is a must Must have strong attention to detail Strong sensitivity to incident and be calm for quick action in emergency SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential Job Functions: Respond alarms according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Identify the root cause of each alarm and consolidate the record for analysis Report incidents with key points and track the status Monitoring system health and report issue if any abnormal status Coordinate with global team and local security teams for system maintenance issues Manage working relationships with interdepartmental groups, security staff, and all associated vendor services Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential Adheres to deadlines and tracks progress of tasks effectively Perform other related duties as required or assigned
