- 职责描述： 1.Be responsible for achieving relative attribute target through attribute management, test and development work. 2.Responsible for Vehicle Dynamic Function validation and tuning, including ESP, Air suspension, Active anti roll bar, Rear wheel steering and Torque Vectoring etc. 3.Cooperate with VD attribute manager according to work content. 4.Communicate with relevant integration engineers. Setting the vehicle, system level target for function, according the PAP and BM, and monitoring during the project process. 5.Optimize the system performance to guarantee to achieve the target; 6.Summarize the issue report and according to program milestone to report to program manager about VD function process; 7.Evaluation in different phase with development team, including supplier, making proposal and solution to system even components responsible engineers to optimize the vehicle performance, make sure the program delivery is on time. Summarize at the end of the program; 8.Cooperate with other global VD function responsible engineers, and share information; 9.Investigation EU&US legal & market requirements and validation for these requirements. 任职要求： 1.Experience working in automobile OEM is preferred. 2.Broad, experience based technical knowledge in VD function attribute and tuning in general, strong on collaboration and coordination across functions. 3.Good oral and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English, Global cooperation experience is preferred; 4.Possess communication and leadership skills to participate in teams, High level of engagement to solve any issues and help others. 5.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems, Positive attitude, resolute and high drive for results. 6.Good knowledge in E/E and function strategy. 7.Bachelor degree in automobile, electrical engineering, mechatronics. 8.Knowledge of relevant human/engineering resource in European, especially vehicle dynamic function; 9.Flexible regarding travels, include testing ground, and customer factory etc.
