职位介绍: US company seeking an experienced Director of Quality to lead global quality operations and drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role will oversee end-to-end quality management, including supplier quality, manufacturing quality, product compliance, and customer quality. Base: Shenzhen or Shanghai Industry: AI Infrastructure Responsibilities ● Develop and execute the company's quality strategy, systems, and processes aligned with business objectives. ● Lead and develop the quality team, establishing a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. ● Manage end-to-end quality operations, including supplier quality, incoming inspection, manufacturing quality, final inspection, customer quality, and corrective actions. ● Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve product reliability and reduce quality issues. ● Establish and optimize Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control processes across manufacturing operations. ● Manage supplier qualification, supplier audits, and supplier performance improvement programs. ● Ensure compliance with international quality standards, including ISO 9001, UL Solutions requirements, and customer-specific quality requirements. ● Support UL certification activities, factory audits, and compliance requirements related to standards such as UL 891, UL 1558, and UL 508A. ● Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure quality throughout product development and production. ● Support customer audits, resolve critical quality issues, and drive effective corrective actions. Qualifications ● 8+ years of experience in quality management within large-scale electrical equipment manufacturing or related industries. ● Proven experience leading end-to-end quality operations and managing quality teams in a global manufacturing environment. ● Experience with transformers, switchboards, switchgear, power distribution equipment, or other industrial electrical products is highly preferred. ● Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, UL Solutions requirements, and electrical product compliance standards. ● Familiarity with quality methodologies including 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. ● Experience supporting UL Solutions certified products and North American customer requirements is preferred. ● Exceptional English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) are required. The candidate must be able to lead meetings, communicate technical topics, and collaborate effectively with global teams. ● Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style, flexible mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
