职位介绍: Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute the company's quality strategy, systems, and processes aligned with business. 2. Lead and develop the quality team, establishing a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous. 3. Manage end-to-end quality operations, including supplier quality, incoming inspection, manufacturing. 4. Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve product reliability. 5. Establish and optimize Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality control processes across. 6. Manage supplier qualification, supplier audits, and supplier performance improvement programs. 7. Ensure compliance with international quality standards, including ISO 9001, UL Solutions requirements, 8. Support UL certification activities, factory audits, and compliance requirements related to standards such. 9. Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure quality. 10. Support customer audits, resolve critical quality issues, and drive effective corrective actions. Qualifications: 1. 15+ years of experience in quality management within large-scale electrical equipment manufacturing or related industries. 2. Proven experience leading end-to-end quality operations and managing quality teams in a global manufacturing environment. 3. Experience with transformers, switchboards, switchgear, power distribution equipment, or other industrial electrical products is highly preferred. 4. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, UL Solutions requirements, and electrical product compliance standards. 5. Familiarity with quality methodologies including 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. 6. Experience supporting UL Solutions certified products and North American customer requirements is preferred. 7. Exceptional English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) are required. The candidate must be able to lead meetings, communicate technical topics, and collaborate effectively with global teams 8. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style, flexible mindset, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
