职位介绍: Job Summary The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination across teams, and maintaining efficient internal processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Team Support • Assist in preparing marketing materials, including presentations, reports, and internal communication documents • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, medical, finance) to facilitate project execution and information alignment • Support internal meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes documentation and follow-up tracking • Maintain and update marketing databases, trackers, and shared documents to ensure data accuracy and accessibility • Provide ad-hoc support to team members on ongoing projects and initiatives Event Support • Assist in organizing marketing events such as conferences, workshops, and internal meetings • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely preparation and execution of event deliverables • Support event logistics, including registration management, material preparation, and on-site coordination • Support post-event follow-up, including documentation, reporting, and internal sharing of key outcomes Internal Process & Administrative Support • Support internal processes such as purchase orders (PO), vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and payment follow-up in alignment with company policies • Maintain proper documentation and filing of marketing-related contracts and financial records • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely processing and compliance • Monitor and update internal trackers related to budgets, expenses, and vendor status • Manage marketing-related samples and demo equipment, including tracking inventory, coordinating applications and allocations, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal procedures • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support process optimization initiatives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in marketing coordination, event management, or administrative support is preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player
