职位介绍: 工作内容：负责400电话转接及销售线索分配跟进，协同销售提升转化效率；运营微信、视频号、B站、抖音等社媒矩阵，策划内容并分析数据；管理百度SEM推广及官网SEO优化；翻译本地化产品资料，设计海报/图文/展会物料，统筹礼品采购。任职要求： 1. 1-5年左右市场/品牌/数字营销经验，有工业品、B2B制造业背景优先； 2. 熟悉微信公众号及主流社媒平台操作；有百度SEM经验； 3. 英文书面流利，口语愿意准备英文面试。广告岗位职责 1. Marketing Operations Support Manage daily sales lead allocation, follow-up, and salesforce systemmaintenance to improve lead conversion efficiency in collaboration withthe sales feam. Handle incoming calls and direct customer inquiries to the appropriatecontacts, ensuring timely responses. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketingcampaigns, exhibitions, and online promotional activities. 2. Digital Marketing & Content ManagementManage the company's WeChat Official Account, including contentplanning, copywriting, editing, publishing, and performance analysis.Operate the company's social media channels, including WeChatChannels, Bilibili, Douyin, and other platforms, covering content planning,video publishing, account management, data analysis, and audienceengagement fo enhance brand visibility and user interaction.Manage and optimize Baidu SEM campaigns to support lead generationobjectives by developing bidding strategies, optimizing keywords, adcreatives, and landing page performance, while continuously improvingconversion rates, lead quality, and return on investment (ROl).Maintain and update content on third-party platforms.Support corporate website maintenance, including content updates,English-to-Chinese translation, localization, and basic SEO optimization. 3. Marketing Collateral DevelopmentTranslate, localize, and maintain product brochures, catalogs, and othermarketing materials. Assist in designing promotional materials such as posters, WeChat graphics,exhibition materials, and digital marketing assets. Manage the selection, customization, procurement, and supplier coordination of marketing giveaways and promotional gifts. 4. Other Marketing Support Support branding activities, market research and marketing data collection. Complete other marketing-related tasks assigned by line manager.
