职位介绍: The Marketing Communications Specialist supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives across the APAC region and in a global capacity. This role manages marketing projects, develops engaging content, coordinates campaigns, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver effective communications that support business goals, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This role will utilize a variety of digital marketing, project management, CRM, analytics, and emerging AI technologies to create workflows, enhance content development, support decision-making, and improve marketing effectiveness. This role also supports sales, events, advertising, and promotional activities as needed. Marketing Communications & Content Development • Develop and coordinate marketing communications across digital, print, email, web, social media, and sales support channels. • Comprehensive understanding of WeChat for business as a business platform, including content, CRM, mini-programs, advertising, and lead-generation capabilities. • Create, edit, and manage a variety of content, including articles, presentations, brochures, customer communications, and campaign materials. • Ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards and business objectives. Sales Support and Data Analyses • Work closely with sales to develop content, understand customer needs and develop outreach initiatives • Review and analyze sales data • Monthly sales funnel review preparation for stakeholders Project Management • Manage marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners. • Track project timelines, priorities, and communications across multiple initiatives. Campaign Support • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. • Support lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives. • Help evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Events, Advertising & Promotions • Support and discover regional trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities. • Assist with advertising, event communications, and campaign-related materials. • Coordinate vendors and marketing assets as needed. Performance & Continuous Improvement • Monitor project and campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for optimization. • Maintain organized project documentation and reporting. • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and effectiveness. Experience Preferred: B2B Industrial Marketing, Adobe Suite, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office Suite, Basic photography and videography. This role requires a highly organized, collaborative professional with strong communication, content development, and project management skills who can support a variety of marketing initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs. This individual collaborates closely with team members and stakeholders across multiple global regions. Occasional flexibility outside of standard business hours may be required to support meetings, projects, and initiatives across different time zones. This is an in-office role.
