职位介绍: 1.Production Support 1)Process optimization: Responsible for the planning and continuous optimization of the production process of smart card modules to enhance production efficiency and reduce production costs. 2)Equipment Management: Lead the selection, maintenance and upgrade of production equipment to ensure stable operation of the equipment and meet production demands. 3)Quality control: Cooperate to improve the quality management system, supervise the entire production process, and ensure that product quality meets industry standards. 2.Technology Research and Development 1)Technical planning: Formulate the direction and plan for technical development, promote the technological upgrade of smart card modules, and enhance the competitiveness of products. 2)New product development: Collaborate with the R&D team to carry out new product development, controlling the entire process from concept design to product testing to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality new products. 3)Innovative application: Keep abreast of the latest technological trends in the industry, introduce and apply new technologies, new processes and new materials, and continuously improve production processes and product performance. 3.Team Management 1)Personnel Management: Responsible for the recruitment, training, performance assessment and motivation of personnel in the engineering department, and building a high-quality and efficient technical team. 2)Collaboration and communication: Enhance communication and collaboration within the department and with other departments, create a favorable working atmosphere, and ensure the smooth progress of the project. 4.Iv. Project Execution 1)Project planning: Develop a project plan, clearly define goals, scope, schedule and budget, and ensure the orderly progress of the project. 2)Progress monitoring: Track the project progress, promptly solve problems during the project execution process, and ensure the project is completed on time and to a high standard. 5.Cost Control 1)Cost analysis: Regularly analyze operation and maintenance costs, identify key points for cost control, and put forward optimization suggestions. Cost management: By optimizing production processes, equipment management, quality control and other measures, production costs can be effectively reduced and economic benefits enhanced. 1.Bachelor degree or Master with more than 5 years Semicon assembly experience, Major of Electric, mechanical or automation 2.With min 3 years management position is prefer and independently manage the project 3.Good knowledge of IC packaging process ( DA, WB, molding/UV and testing) is essential, IC package design (BGA, bumping, CSP … ) experience is preferred 4.Familiar with IC reliability test and failure analysis 5.Willing to travel for the development with customer, supplier and other site 6.Good English communication and presentation skill 7.Responsible person and good team player 8.Knowledge of ISO14001 & 45001 system
