职位介绍: responsibilities： 1. Support sourcing activities in order to expand supply base for direct materials; 2. Yearly and regular price and QS negotiation with responsible supplier, price reduction and QS will be key to performance assessment; 3. Flexible to travel; 20% of working time 4. Lead projects of sourcing/localization and Working Capital improvement, organize cross-functional communications to make sure the project timeline is on track and project deliverables are delivered properly; 5. Maintain category database, be the owner of active category supplier list and price list, SAP info record updating and commodity contracts; 6. Lead supplier management activities, incl. (but not limited to) supplier performance evaluation (scorecard), contract management (negotiate, create, maintain & enforce), purchasing policy and procedure rollout and execution; 7. Capable of providing any other additional support as requested by supervisors; 8. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance; requirements： 1、Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement and / or a Direct Material Management related field, experience in Auto industry will be a plus 2、Experience related to one or more components (Stamping, Springs, and Metals), friction pad industry will be plus； 2. Excellent negotiation skill is a must； 3. Effective communication 4. Being transparent and respectful, Hands-on;
