职位介绍: To ensure all supply chain activities meet company’s requirements of quality, price and lead time and in compliance with valid approval and management procedures as well. 1. To lead the organization to achieve on time delivery of products to our customers. 2. To develop and implement supply chain (including purchasing) strategy and policies in line with the overall business strategy and objectives 3. To continually develop and improve to achieve cost and cycle time reduction in the total supply chain. 4. Overview all purchasing activities to achieve high efficient internal purchasing management and to achieve company’s supply chain objective. 5. Monitor and promote contract and supplier management, including annual contract review and suppliers performance evaluation. 6. To define annual department operating budget including manpower planning. 7. To identify and develop the competencies of departmental staff. 8. As member of Management team, to advice the team with sufficient information and convincing argument for critical decision making. 9. To maintain a good relationship with internal and external customers including custom officers, custom agent, logistics vendor and etc. 10. Involve in Quality & Environment system to meet system requirements. Job Requirement： 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. A minimum 10 years work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably multinational corporation. Of these, 5 years managerial experience should be related to supply chain management including purchasing. 5 years relevant working experience in supplier quality, control quality and project management field in semiconductor industry. 3. Successful experience in Vendor management. 4. Rich knowledge of supply chain management and supply based management. 5. Plenty of knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures. 6. Have experience on and familiar with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001 system and related process. 7. Understand APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC. 8. Excellent leadership quality and good communicator. 9. Effective negotiation skill and coaching skill. 10. Good command of English is a big must.
