职位介绍: Responsibilities 1. Overall manage full-loop quality operation for mechanical manufacturing plant, including incoming, process, outgoing and customer quality management. Establish and optimize quality system for mechanical processing & assembly, implement annual quality targets, reduce defects and customer complaints, ensure stable mass production and new product quality delivery. 2. Act as the plant core quality contact window,fluent oral English for daily communication with global headquarters and international customers, responsible for global quality meetings, English presentation, audit coordination and corrective action closure, align local quality management with global standards. 3. Manage ISO9001/IATF16949 system operation, internal/external audit and customer audit closure. GMP compliance management experience is highly preferred, implement production quality traceability, document control and compliance record management to meet global and industrial regulatory requirements. 4. Lead quality team management, talent development and performance assessment. Cooperate with production, process, procurement and technical teams to solve chronic process quality issues, supply chain quality risks and new product mass production quality hazards, and drive continuous quality improvement. Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering, material or related disciplines, familiar with mechanical processing and assembly process. 2. Over 10 years quality management experience in mechanical manufacturing. Hard requirement: non-pure quality background, candidate must transfer from production/process/equipment/procurement to quality management with rich senior quality team management experience, familiar with production operation and balance quality & delivery. 3. Fluent oral English, able to communicate with global headquarters and international customers independently in English. 4. Proficient in manufacturing quality system and quality improvement tools, GMP practical experience is highly preferred, strong pressure resistance, overall quality planning and problem-solving capability.
