职位介绍: Reports to Asia Procurement Lead Subordinate: 8 Implementing and facilitating regional purchasing strategy, coaching and developing procurement teams in terms of purchasing and supply chain operations, and ensuring all team members and processes meet company's standards and designations for work quality. Your Mission Own end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for all product categories (textile-related, MRO) across X factories in China. Lead and develop a high-performing team of 8~9 professionals including two managers in procurement and supply chain. Drive supplier development, qualification, and lifecycle management to build a resilient, cost-competitive, and ESG-aligned supply base. Act as a key member of the Asia Procurement Leadership Team—collaborating closely with regional HQ to execute category strategies and cross-border initiatives. What We’re Looking For ✅ 10+ years in procurement/supply chain, with deep experience in textiles, industrial fabrics. ✅ Proven track record leading teams of 8–10 people, ideally across multiple locations. ✅ Strong strategic sourcing skills—category strategy, TCO analysis, negotiation, and project execution. ✅ Fluent business English—comfortable presenting, influencing, and collaborating in a global matrix. ✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, or a related field. (Note: This is a senior leadership position. Candidates without relevant industry background or team scale experience will not be considered.)
