职位介绍: The Industrialization manager is responsible for leading Industrial Engineering (IE), Manufacturing Engineering (ME), Lean Manufacturing, Project Management functions. This role drives productivity improvement, manufacturing cost reduction, capacity expansion, process optimization, factory layout planning, operational standardization and digital transformation initiatives. The position leads cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable business results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People Development. Industrial Engineering Management • Lead factory and production line layout design, optimization and capacity planning. • Implement Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and bottlenecks. • Develop labor standards, standard work and manpower planning models. • Conduct line balancing and production flow optimization. • Drive VA/VE initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs. Manufacturing Engineering Management • Define, standardize and optimize manufacturing processes. • Lead tooling, fixture and equipment implementation projects. • Manage SOP development, revision and compliance. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production transfer projects. • Improve process capability, manufacturing quality and operational stability Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement • Lead Lean transformation programs across the plant. • Deploy Lean methodologies including: o Kaizen o 5S o Standard Work o Visual Management o Root Cause Analysis o Problem Solving o TPM o SMED • Build continuous improvement systems and governance. • Drive productivity and OEE improvement initiatives. • Facilitate Lean training and capability-building programs across all levels of the organization. Project Management • Manage BTP transportation projects and internal production relocation initiatives. • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals. • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables. • Ensure successful project execution with minimal impact on production continuity Digitalization & Data Management • Own manufacturing master data management within ERP systems. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of BOM, Routing and process-related data. • Drive manufacturing digitalization initiatives. • Utilize data analytics tools to identify operational improvement opportunities. • Develop performance dashboards and reporting systems for plant management. Requirements Education • Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines. • Master's degree is preferred. Work experience • 10+ years of manufacturing experience. • 5+ years of leadership experience managing IE, ME or Operational Excellence functions. • Proven track record in Lean transformation and operational improvement. • Experience managing cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in electronics, customized devices, automotive or high-tech manufacturing industries is preferred.
