职位介绍: Responsibilities：BASE BEIJING,2000人以上生产企业财务总监级别管理经验，擅长controlling 1. According to the requirements of corporate, continuously improve the company's financial management control system, and conduct comprehensive management and supervision over the daily operation of China financial functions, including accounting, budget, analysis, treasury, tax as well as credit and forex risk control. 2. Be a member of the Group Finance Management team, participating in strategic discussions and decision making. 3. Manage the entire financial planning according to the company's strategic planning, make 5YP and short-term workplan, ensure the plans are periodically implemented. 4. Fully participate in defining the company's major investment strategy and business strategy, conduct effective financial analysis and forecast, and provide strategic support for management decision-making in the higher level, responsible for improving the accuracy of the region’s quarterly and yearly estimations. 5. Monitor and follow up all potential operational risks to ensure that financial management methods comply with Chinese government regulations. 6. To ensure robust cashflow forecasting is developed and closely monitor, track all major usages of funds and ensure the budget is adhered to. 7. Ensure cash requirement is met with the lowest financing costs through creative financing tools and negotiation with external bankers. 8. Promote synergy among the finance teams of all entities in China and develop effective implementation strategies. 9. As the finance lead, with strong cost management experience, provide timely and transparent communication and professional advice to management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance related major, more than 10 years of overall financial management experience in multinational companies, and at least 5 years of financial team management experience in manufacturing enterprises. Experience as a company-wide or regional finance leader / Finance Director is highly preferred. 2. In-depth knowledge of China GAAP & IFRS, CPA/ACCA and other related qualifications is preferred. 3. In-depth knowledge of local tax requirements and SOE requirements. 4. Solid experience in cost management, with a proven track record of improving business profitability through cost analysis and cost control initiatives. 5. Strong strategic understanding of business models, cost structures, treasury, tax planning and overall financial performance improvement, with demonstrated ability to translate financial insights into actionable business initiatives. 6. Good at dealing with complexity, strong adaptability to the complex and changing business environment to maintain advantages and create value. 7. High level of integrity and sense of responsibility; reliable, with a strong results orientation and continuous improvement mindset, able to maintain sound judgment and execution under pressure. 8. Proven leadership and people management capabilities, motivating, developing and retaining key talents, and fostering an open, collaborative and performance-driven team culture. 9. Proficient in English as a working language, with strong verbal and written communication skills in a multinational and multicultural environment.
