职位介绍: **** 岗位仅考虑 MNC 医疗器械耗材背景，感谢各位优秀候选人的关注*** Position: Associate Director, FP&A Report Line： Finance Head Subordinate：Y Product: Focusing on the IVD industry with a combination of instruments, reagents, and service solutions. Overview  This role will be required to work as a finance partner to Regional General Manager. Also to build and maintain partnerships with Sales, Marketing and Operation team, accurately and timely report results, support to build realistic and data-driven forecasts, provide financial analytics and modeling to support business decisions.  Critical success factors for this role include the ability to connect with business partners, and to identify and highlight insights that influence business decisions and processes.  This role will report into Sr. Director, Finance, and also be able to manage a small team of FP&A. Responsibilities  Drive growth. Work with functional leaders in formulating and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth. Work with commercial operations team to provide sales analysis support to BU leadership, by providing periodically reports with analytical comments, including weekly and monthly sales tracking by multi-dimensions, quarterly/yearly and historical trend reports with analysis on sales volume, pricing changes and margin mix.  Forecast Accuracy. Support topline forecast process, work closely with Sales & Operation team to conduct sales forecast and gap close plan, make sure forecast commitment on time.  Annual budget. Work with BU and lead the finance team in managing the annual budget process in an accurate and timely manner, including reporting requirements to global, coordinating with local functional teams to provide insights and to execute on sales growth as well as resource utilization strategies.  Function as a business partner to business functions. Enhance profitability and efficiency.  Pricing management. Enhance current pricing management mechanisms, work with local business leadership in developing pricing strategy, monitoring promotional programs and driving profitability.  Process Improvement. Develop business model analysis framework to provide clear view for business functions, to support key business decisions.  Respond to ad-hoc requests from BU leadership and/or special projects for customized analysis and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economic  10+ years’ experience working in a commercial environment preferably in the Life sciences industry  Demonstrated partnering and communication skills with cross-functions  Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and financial modeling  Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results timely  Leadership skills to motivate and develop the team  Refined English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills, with ability to extract and explain the “story” from the data  Proficient in office software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, AO, Power BI) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
