职位介绍: Function and Job Scope: Oversee skincare new product launch campaigns and permanent display setups across all retail counters. Support the rotation and execution of visual updates and in-store communication material changes. Ensure all visual presentations consistently meet brand quality and image standards. Key Responsibilities: Counter and Display Material Maintenance: Anticipate demand for imported display materials and track orders through to delivery. Coordinate with the marketing team on material arrival, localized adaptations, and contingency plans for delayed shipments. Partner with marketing to manage sample allocation and dispatch schedules. Contribute to creative display concepts and review store-by-store execution guides for accuracy. Provide on-ground support during campaign launches and new store openings as needed. Compile post-campaign reports and document key takeaways for future improvements. Vendor and Cost Management: Collaborate with the VM projects team on new skincare fixtures and display solutions, offering practical feedback. Work with retail, marketing, and logistics teams on quarterly retrieval and reuse of discontinued materials. Conduct training sessions for retail staff on skincare display guidelines and best practices. Inventory Control for Construction Materials and Related Display Items: Review cost estimates for in-store transparencies and display components, keeping annual spending within budget. Drive efficiency in material development and explore locally sourced alternatives with suppliers. Desired Skills and Experience: Working Experience Minimum 5 years in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the cosmetics sector. Candidates from fashion or watches & fine jewelry backgrounds are also welcome. Education Level Degree in Design (Graphic, Interior, Industrial, or related fields) from a top-tier university. Overseas design education is an advantage. Others Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a genuine passion for the work. Willing and able to travel frequently.
